CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be effective and fair to all clients as well as to insure our coaches are paid, the following policies are honored:

No Shows and Cancellations

Please understand that other clients may be competing for your appointment time and that coaches work only for times that we have lessons already scheduled. In order to be courteous to them, please give 24-hour notice of cancellations and rescheduling. Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled lessons will result in the loss of that session. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose session follows yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, you and your coach can determine if there is enough time remaining for an effective session. Regardless of the length of the session actually received, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for your coach and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
